When we created our program, our initial focus was to create a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program.  We realized there was a different way and have evolved the program into something much more.

Much better.

We consider our programming to be HYBRID as our daily workouts include both strength and conditioning intervals that contain elements of different styles of training.

We are not boot camp, we are not HIIT, we are not CrossFit – we are Hybrid Fit.

In our Hybrid Fit classes, you can expect interval style, functional, full body strength and conditioning workouts that change daily.  Our programming is constantly varied, tested and gets results!
